47 year old lady with headache and seizures

Findings

T2 hyperintense lesions are seen in the bilateral high frontoparietal lobes(2) with similar lesions also seen involving the pons and cerebellum(3). They show blooming(1) and T1 iso/hypointense signal intensity(4). In the post contrast images(5 and 6), the lesions show enhancement.

Diagnosis

Hemorrhagic enhancing lesions in the bilateral cerebral hemispheres, pons and cerebellum – hemorrhagic metastasis. Patient was a known case of carcinoma breast.
