Findings
Coronal STIR image(1) shows fluid in the right hemiscrotum with no visualization of the right testis in the right hemiscrotum. Axial T2(2) shows T2 hyperintense soft tissue in the right inguinal canal that is confirmed in the sagittal T2(3). Features are suggestive of undescended right testis. The left testis is located in the left hemiscrotum as seen in the axial T2 image(4).
Diagnosis
Undescended right testis with testis located in the right inguinal canal.
