Findings
Axial T2 image(1) shows T2 hyperintense lesion involving the left frontal lobe that shows internal cystic components with no diffusion restriction(2). The cystic components show FLAIR(3) and T1(4) hypointense signal intensity. No blooming is seen in the SWI images(5) with no significant enhancement(6).
