Prostatomegaly with multiple nodules in the transition zone – benign prostatic hyperplasia(top-right image). The dilated right seminal vesicle shows T1 hyperintense contents suggestive of high protein component(bottom-left image). The right vas deferens is also dilated and shows signal similar to right seminal vesicle.
