52 year old male patient with history of chest pain

Non-contrast CT image(top-left) shows hypodense lesion in the septal wall of left ventricle and involving its apex. Axial(Top right) and short axis(bottom left) images of CT angiography demonstrate similar hypodense lesion involving the anterior and anteroseptal walls of mid-left ventricle and left ventricular apex(not involving more than half of myocardial thickness) - Left anterior descending artery(LAD) territory chronic infarct. CT Coronary angiography image depicts patent stent in the proximal LAD.

Patient had an episode of prior acute myocardial infarction for which percutaneous coronary intervention was performed. The well-formed infarct in LAD territory is clearly delineated here.
