Findings
Axial , coronal sections of CECT Abdomen reveals a well-defined blind ending tubular structure with symmetric circumferential wall thickening, mucosal hyperenhancement in right hemipelvis arising from pelvic ileal loop. There is no adjacent fat stranding/collection/features of bowel obstruction or perforation.

Meckel diverticulum with diverticulitis
Summary
Meckel diverticulum should be kept in mind of radiologist while reading abdomen scans as it can present with complications such as diverticulitis, hemorrhage & obstruction.
